I. THE ADMP PROJECT…

ADMP Awards is the first website to promote the top African startups and entrepreneurs! #ADMP is also the prime pan-African Fintech and startups news-feed on social media. #ADMP doubles-up as a business incubator for startups and crypto concepts.

CONTEXT: Startups, Crypto-Ecosystems, Business incubators and super-incubators in Africa, first, Americas, Europe, Asia.

GOAL: Celebrate and promote the best of African start-ups and link up with tech communities in Americas, Asia and Europe.

OBJECTIVE: To offer full spectrum exposure (maximum visibility) to start-ups and entrepreneurs in Africa – All of Africa (East-West-North-South-White-Black, Diaspora, ..) => Supporting a startuper in Guinea, to find coders in Cairo (Egypt), with South African funders, incubated in Nairobi (Kenya), linking-up with a market-place in the UK or the USA, would be an ‘ideal’ scenario for ADMP!

ADMP: Afrik Digital Marketplace is Africa’s Prime Fintech News FeeD on Facebook. #ADMP is dedicated to the promotion of Fintech and the development of startups in Africa and everywhere.

It also works as a PANAFRICAN virtual incubator, or ‘Super-Incubator’. ADMP represents more than 3,000 entrepreneurs busy speaking about technology in all languages (French, English, Arabic) and all fields:

Crypto currencies, Bitcoin, ICO, CTO, Ethereum, Blockchain, internet-Of-Money and Tokens, E+commerce, Market+place, M+Commerce, business and marketing, crowdfunding and community-funding, fundraising (To finance projects), as well as finance (Fintech ), Intelligent Blogging (blog creation), or even, social media.

ADMP was created in 2016, by FINTECH & SOCIAL MEDIA Consultant, Hermann Djoumessi, MA, in December, as a Digital Inception.

#STARTUPS

We decided to motivate entrepreneurs to create FINTECH start-ups, develop their idea, concepts and projects in Africa and internationally.–> That is the concept.

We wanted to be able to monitor its progresses, remotely from the web. As a result, our solution, was “A set of digital processes enabling the fast-spread of a message or concept, in order to impact the bottom-line of the entrepreneur. Impact you can mesure with analytics and resulting in actions in real life”. That is why #ADMP is more than just BLOG, it is a digital Inception. (‘Inceptio Digitalis’) –>

A 21st century Social Media concept, born out of a Facebook mother-group, ADMP created by H. Djoumessi and his teams at Borderline Creatives (Paris- London) a team of 21st century tech-enthusiasts, dedicated to solve real problems. ADMP’s method is analytical and based on the collection, and rapid analysis of data from all over the African continent.

We leverage technology and community to reach common goals. Moreover, it values Virtual Life impact, linked with action and results in the real life. #GrowthHacking

The Digital Inception, is made of a mix (or matrix) of several strategies. Based on five pillars of community management :

Content strategy ==> What to post? When to post? ..
Community strategy ==> Who are you targeting? Which age group are you targeting? What are the rules and guidelines for the ‘Smart community‘?
Growth strategy ==> How are you going to reach your fans? Via Marketing? Re-targeting? Facebook Adverts? Google Adverts?
Data protection strategy ==> Are you going to protect your community’s Data? What will happen in case of a Data breach? GDPR in Europe – Golden SHIELD in China; Are you ready for both?
Optimization strategy ==> Have you planned for partnerships? When do you plan to start monetizing your website?

Sometimes in ‘complex set-ups’, you will have to consider Social Media channels specific strategy (Ex: Instagrammer‘, ‘Youtuber’) or Crisis response unit strategy (Ex: in case of a Data breach, Twitter storm,..)
