#CKC: I am Cathrine (Kim) Chivhima the President & CEO of ZipCoin LLC- ICO & Exchange; and ZipCoin Remit LTD– our remittance blockchain technology startup.

ZipCoin is a blockchain based decentralized remittance and payment solution which will enhance businesses and individuals in the $104B. global remit industry.

#CKC: Besides, I also own Morgate Consulting Solutions Inc. (“MCS”), premiere boutique in Calgary, Alberta that provide business and consulting services in large Oil and Gas, private and public companies across North America.

We provide support in areas of strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, organizational change management, project and product management areas.

I also hold a Bachelor of Computer Science, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

#ADMP: #Cute! Can you break down in how many countries your initiative has taken place? And where do you plan to expand?

#CKC: We plan to launch in Canada, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Lesotho. Then we focus on the sub-Saharan region- Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Namibia, etc… before launching to other countries in Africa.

– Nevertheless, can you break down the technology behind your projects, please?

#CKC: ZIPCOIN is using Epic Operating System (EOS) blockchain technology to support their ICO, Exchange and Remittance solutions.

The aim of ZIPCOIN is to use EOS, in order to build a decentralized blockchain that can process fast and free transactions.

It will also allow smart contracts to be built on top of it, which will allow developers to release dApps.

#INTERNET-OF-VALUE?

#ADMP: #WoW! ‘Dapps’, ‘smart contracts’…Hang in there, ‘young blood’! :))- #UncleDreW – Explain to ADMP as if it was a 5 years old kid…dApps or ‘Decentralized Applications’, aren’t they supposed to be the ‘future’ of the new internet, the ‘crypto internet’ that Satoshi talks about…? The ‘internet-of-value’ if you want…?

Dapps should be apps that would be decentralized and operating on top of any #Blockchain system, right?

#CKC: Correct!

#ADMP: Like Bitcoin! Hmm..(sceptical) …What’s so unique about your system, then?

#CKC: The operating system! Unlike Bitcoin, you have to realize that EOS wants to build a platform that functions like an operating system, (#ADMP: Like: Android, Windows, ios,..? – ‘yes’) which will make it really easy to use! :))-

DApps are the future of the internet. There has already been over a thousand of them created on other blockchains!

#ADMP: Thousands?

#CKC: 100% Correct! Thousand of Dapps created on private and public blockchains around the world! Watch the video below to understand how EOS solve scalability issues with inter-blockchain communications.

ADMP: Solving scalability issues will offer EOS the ability to process 10K. transactions per seconds, for exemple. Which is the least you should expect from a potential global merchant system.

VISA for example, could provide in ‘full capacity’ up to 56 000 transactions per seconds, globally if needed’ (#ADMP)

If you check our graph below ‘Unlimited scalling possibilities’, EOS and by extension the EOS Token, offer not only (almost) unlimited scalability (potential for system expansion), low level of energy consumption (Compared to #Bitcoin!!) and an ecosystem that will inter-exchange, communicate and GROW TOGETHER !!! :

#CKC: Yes indeed! … An example of a dApp that could be used on EOS blockchain is a decentralized version of Facebook, where nobody controls the network, and no one can get access to your personal information!
