SK: My name is Stylianos Kampakis, but people call me Stelios.

I am a data scientist with more than 10 years of experience
in the fields of AI, machine learning and statistics, and a blockchain researcher.

SK: The book is the ultimate handbook for any non-technical decision maker who wants to use data science in their organisation.

It is based upon the workshops I am conducting with the Tesseract Academy and my many years of experience in this field.

The book achieves this through a simple-to-understand language, and many use cases and example, that cover a very wide spectrum of industries.

 

#2. WHAT’S up Doc?

#ADMP3: Is your book really solving a problems, i mean in…in Real Life?

SK: The book is full of examples taken directly from my work. So, it does not explain how to solve one specific problem, but it helps you understand how data science could be used to solve problems in many different industries, such as healthcare, retail, finance, B2C apps, and many more.

#ADMP: DANG! 

SK: It also talks about the best practices when hiring and managing data scientists, as well as how to build the right kind of culture to make sure that the impact of data science is maximised within an organisation.

SK: Stay away from most of them!  Blockchain is an amazing technology but we’ve seen lots of non-sense in the altcoins and ICO space, so tread carefully.

#ADMP6: we will take your advice seriously and jump onto your case studies on Tokenomics from your blog !! :))

6. CHATBOT: Can you break down in 20 words the Byzantine fault tolerance?

SK: A characteristic of a system of nodes that can tolerate a percentage of the nodes being malicious, when the system tries to reach agreement on the true state of the world.
