Geraldine Mair : My Name is Geraldine Mair I am a fully qualified complementary and holistic therapist and I have diplomas in  counselling and psychology.

My background is food retail for 25 years but I reached a point in my own life, once I started  learning about myself, that I was not happy with my career choice as I often felt unsatisfied and unfulfilled.

 

 

#ADMP2: Hum.. interresting! What are your Top 5 Technology Items ? 

GM: 1. Internet and social media – as this gives me access to many topics that I research daily saving enormous amounts of time. 

Connectivity to the global market. Keeping in touch with others who enjoy the  things that I do as well as family and friends.

2. My Laptop – my books and my writing can’t come to life without it.
3. My Phone – I require this mainly for my business.
4. Bluetooth – to transfer information wirelessly to other devices.

5. Cloud Servers – for storing so much information.

GM: In the words of  Denzel Washington that resonated with me at a very deep level and I share often as, failure is a big part of success and so is taking calculated risks.

GM: My next book is due out in a few week and is an Inspirational Quote Book rapidly followed by Choose to Climb Forever which is the completion of the set which compromises 3 books in total. 

It is my personal story and journey of how I live the life I do now and what I did to get there, it contains the neuroscience behind your thoughts and why we do what we do and how to alter that state to become the best YOU, you can be.

The release date for this will be in the Autumn of 2019.
